Vol. 11, Issue 3 of BEPAM (Built Environment Project and Asset Management) is now available online

What’s more, this special issue is based on papers at the 2019 CIB World Building Congress held in Hong Kong, that were shortlisted under the theme: “Sustainable and Resilient Built Assets for Smart Cities”, then invited for suitable development as journal papers for our usual double-blind peer review.

Under the able management of three Guest Editors (GEs):

  • Dr. Francis SIU  Ming Fung – Lead GE, Hong Kong Polytechnic University (HKPolyU -the host University of the CIB WBC 2019)
  • Dr. Michael SING  Chun-Pong  – now at University of Newcastle, Australia (formerly at HKPolyU)
  • Dr. Jayantha Wadu Mesthrige – now at RMIT University, Australia (formerly at HKPolyU)

We thank the GEs, All the Authors and Reviewers for all of their much valued respective contributions,
