A new Handbook of Collaboration in Construction has been published by a team featuring CIB programme manager Sina Moradi and Board member Kalle Kähkönen.
The handbook provides an ontological conceptualization of the terms collaboration, cooperation and coordination in the construction context. In addition, it looks into collaboration in construction through the lens of people, process, and technology, and discusses challenges as well as opportunities associated with collaborative construction in practice.
The handbook is key reading for a broad ranging audience within the fields of construction,
project, infrastructure and engineering management, organisational science, economics, and
business management.
