Paper Registration Required for Award Consideration

Paper Registration Required for Award Consideration

Message to WBC authors, highlighting paper registration required, from Conference Co-Chair

With 22 days to go to WBC2025 we have begun the process of selecting papers for awards. Each Working Commission (WC) and Task Group (TG) Point Person will manage the selection of the best papers within their respective areas. The deadline to complete this process is May 11.

Please note: only papers with a unique registration will be included in the conference program and proceedings, and thus be eligible for award consideration. Currently, many accepted papers still do not have a unique registration on record. These papers can not be included in the program or proceedings or considered for awards.

We strongly encourage you to review the schedules for both in-person and online presentations (available at WBC2025 program) and verify that your paper is listed.

  • If your paper does not appear, it means we have no record of a unique registration associated with it.
  • To ensure your paper’s inclusion and eligibility for an award, please complete your registration as soon as possible, and by the end of this week (May 4).

This will allow us to forward your paper to the appropriate Point Person for award consideration.

We look forward to welcoming you to WBC2025 at Purdue University!
