We understand these are difficult times globally, and therefore our membership rates have remained the same once again, for the 6th year in a row. Furthermore, under the Presidency of Keith Hampson and the new secretariat team, we are working hard on your behalf to enhance the value of CIB membership. For example, in 2020 we have already introduced a new proposition for Early Career Researchers, the CIB in Conversation webinar series, and the new CIB website, as well as achieving cost and efficiency savings through our relocation to Ottawa with new finance and IT systems. During the year ahead we plan continued improvements to support research and researchers in our sector, including self-publishing of CIB Commissions’ conference proceedings, webinar briefings from existing Commissions, and the launch of new Task Groups on the latest hot topics.
