The #CIB Student Chapter at #Western was back with Collective Sensemaking. The theme on #RESILIENCE THROUGH #THOUGHTLEADERSHIP. We were honoured to have with us Associate Professor Linda Taylor, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (International), Western Sydney University. A public policy expert with 20 years of experience working across industry, government, and the education sectors, Linda brought experience on the role and spoke on ‘’Why it is necessary to think like #Entrepreneurs?’’.

We had with us Natasha Munasinghe, the CEO of FRANK; an education company that has trained over 100,000 people in #employability skills. Natasha discussed how to use a #designthinking approach to build your career. She drew upon both the mindset and skillset of a design thinker to create the ultimate #startup – your #career.

Centre researchers Amer Hijazi and Priyadarshini Das spoke about their experience with design thinking at INTERCHANGE 2020 and #constructathon2019.
