Speech Topic: Driving Innovation in Digitalisation and Low Carbon Transition for Construction
He is President of the European Construction Technology Platform (ECTP), which is co-chairing with the World Green Building Council (WGBC) together with the European Commission the Built for People Partnership(B4P) of Horizon Europe 2021-2027.
For the Smart Cities Marketplace (SCM) of the Commission, he acts as Leader of the Action Cluster on Sustainable Built Environment. Within the Strategic Energy Technology Plan (SET Plan), he is a member of the Implementation Groups on Energy efficient Buildings and on Smart Cities /Positive Energy Districts (PED).
Paul graduated as a Bioengineer at the University of Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium.
