Early career researchers and PhD students at the School of Architecture and Built Environment, University of Newcastle, Australia celebrated the launch of their CIB ECR/Student Network on 8, June 2023.
The launch included a plenary sessions from the Deputy Head of School (Research and Training), Dr Sittimont Kanjanbootra along with Head of Discipline (Construction Management), Dr Marcus Jefferies.
Also speaking at the event was Dr Buddhini Ginigaddara who highlighted her progress through the CIB network from PhD student to Early Career Researcher.
The session also saw the appointment of individuals to the committee. PhD students Alexander Omoraka and Saidat Olanreqaju joined the University of Newcastle CIB ECR/Student Network committee.
