CIB Board member Huub Keizers of TNO is co-chair of the Passive Cooling Working Group of the GlobalABC.
On February 6th the group held its third webinar, guest presenters were Zahra Jandaghian of National Research Council Canada and Co-Coordinator of CIB Task Group TG97 (Nature-Based Solutions for Climate Resilient Buildings and Communities), and Vera Enzi-Zechner of European Federation of Green Roof & Wall Associations.

Future activities
In 2025 the working group is aiming to develop passive cooling guidelines and an online database towards COP30 in Brazil. They would be grateful to collect more useful resources (guidelines, tools, case studies, research papers, etc), an initial list has been provided by WG members and these will be published on the GlobalABC website. More details on this will be available soon.
