The fifth CIB President’s seminar series has been hosted in partnership with Makarand (Mark) Hastak and Purdue University Construction Engineering during Spring 2025, with a focus on panel discussions with a number of leading researchers and academics in their respective fields discussing the UN sustainable development goals (SDGs).

Each seminar includes a panel of speakers discussing a particular topic relevant to the SDGs. Panel members are drawn from experts around the world. Seminars are recorded and made available through the CIB YouTube channel, which are available to view below.

We have been fortunate to receive some excellent, thought provoking discussions on a broad range of subjects in relation to sustainable development goals within the built environment, from leading researchers from many institutions across the globe.
