The 5th President’s seminar series will be panel discussions with invited experts in their field discussing a given topic. The latest panel discussion is titled ‘The Role of Industrial Construction in Achieving SDGs ?’ and will be held on Friday 7th March at 11:30 EST.

Industrial construction is evolving to meet the demands of sustainability and efficiency, playing a crucial role in achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This panel, featuring CIB’s latest research, will explore how customization in industrial construction enhances sustainability (W119), offsite construction improves building efficiency and resource optimization (W121), and client-centered approaches contribute to sustainable outcomes (W118).

Experts will discuss the impact of modular design, prefabrication, and stakeholder collaboration in reducing waste, improving energy efficiency, and ensuring resilient construction practices. Join us to discover how industrial construction innovations are shaping a more sustainable and adaptable built environment.
