In 2009 Birmingham City University (BCU) embarked on what has become a £260m campus development scheme. This webinar will discuss the experience of defining and co-ordinating the delivery of ‘intelligence’ into BCU’s new and refurbished campuses so far and what that looks like, what’s gone well, the challenges and future plans and aspirations
