You may all are aware that we have updated the CIB website over the last year, and we are transforming our membership areas as part of the new portal. In order to ensure that we have all of our members transferred over to the new portal, we have sent out a username to all members. Members should have received an email from the CIB web portal requesting you to sign up on the website. The email was sent from [email protected] with a subject heading of ‘Set Your New Password’. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have not received such an email.
Once you receive the email:
- Sign up and update all your information.
- You may be asked to setup a new password or update your password. If you have any issues with this, please reach out to us.
- Once the sign-up process is complete, make sure that you login and verify that you are able to see your account information
- Select the appropriate topics and update as much information as you can on your account. Please note that we ask for your ORCID number in order to facilitate information sharing at a future stage of our development, so that you will not have to duplicate information.
- Use a strong password as per the system requirements.

- Make sure to tick the option to receive the CIB Newsletter. This will enable you not to miss any latest updates which we may be sending you.
