Notice has been sent to the Lead Contact of every CIB Member that the General Assembly of the CIB will be held on Wednesday 29th June 2022 at 08:00 – 08:45 Australian Eastern Time at RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia and by zoom.
The calling notice and agenda have been issued in accordance with the requirement in the CIB Constitution for a minimum three months’ notice, and other papers such as the audited annual accounts and report of the Committee of Examination will be issued once they are finalised.
We welcome all eligible attendees. A Lead Contact may nominate an alternative voting representative of their organisation but must notify the secretariat of that nomination please, formal apologies or notification of proxy votes can also be notified to the secretariat. Employees of member organisations who are not their nominated representative may still attend as observers, they will just not be entitled to vote.
This meeting will be hosted during the World Building Congress 2022 at RMIT University, there will also be the option to attend online if not able to travel to Melbourne.
