It is my pleasure as Chair for the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE) Wales Region and Chair for CABE’s 1st Research Forum – Sustainability and Resilience in the Built Environment, to announce the call for posters: CABE Research Forum – Chartered Association of Building Engineers (cbuilde.com), deadline 31/08/22 with the themes.
Researchers across academic institutions, professional practice, and government to submit A1 poster presentations to share their work research and work that is already being undertaken, or will help combat these challenges. After the conference all posters presented will be published by CABE as an open access and online Conference Digest.
The Submission Deadlines are: 31 August 2022 with application process, Research Forum Reviewer Panel Comments/Decisions 14 September 2022, and Submission of Final Poster (PDF): 28 September 2022.
Authors of the best posters presented will be invited to develop their work into a book chapter for a volume entitled ‘Building Engineers Embedding Sustainability and Resilience in the Built Environment’ to be published in the Springer book series Advances in Sustainability Science and Technology, subject to confirmation to be published in 2023.
The Research Forum will be hosted as part of CABE 2022 Annual Conference on the 13/10/22 embedding sustainability, with the programme of speakers.
