CIB members and stakeholders will be aware that the COP27 (27th Conference of the Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change) conference will take place in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, from 6–18 November 2022.
CIB is a member of the Global Alliance for Building and Construction, which produces an annual Global Status Report for our sector (see here for the 2021 edition) and which will have a #BuildingsPavilion at COP27. This is an important forum which CIB wishes to influence in future years.
The CIB Secretariat would welcome contact from any members who plan to attend COP27 in person.
