UPDATE: Further to the news bulletin below, we are so grateful to the CIB community for the response, we had some 20 volunteers within 24 hours which is amazing. We have selected two great candidates who have excellent credentials for the role, and we apologise to anyone else who was enthusiastic to do this job, unfortunately we only needed two people.

Due to changes of employment and membership status of previous volunteers, we urgently need one or two more members of CIB to volunteer to join the Committee of Examination, which has a role similar to that of an audit committee. We have received the audited accounts, and the Committee of Examination needs to review these accounts (a straight-forward 20-page document), attend an online meeting with the Treasurer and CEO to share comments on the accounts, and then sign off a report based on the discussions at the meeting after any comments and amendments.
This need is now extremely urgent, we would like to complete this process by the end of May so that the report and the accounts can be circulated to all members ahead of the General Assembly on June 29th. Members of the Committee may either be employed by a Full or Associate member of CIB or be an Individual member.
