Who should attend?

The Building Safety Act will result in the most radical and far reaching changes in the regulation of buildings during planning, design and construction and in occupation in at least 50 years. Anyone who has responsibility for the design, construction, maintenance or refurbishment of buildings will need to understand the Act and this introductory course will set out the scope of the legislation and the implications for your business. The course is designed for managers, directors, partners and those who will have responsibility for implementing the new building safety regime in any construction related business. It will also be relevant to those who operate and maintain buildings for client organisations.
