Having had success in four consecutive COSVARDs, I wish to draw your kind attention again to the 5th International Conference on Smart Villages and Rural Development (COSVARD 2022) to be held mostly as Webinar on 12-13 December 2022. While we are hopeful to host at least a part of the conference in a physical location in the beautiful city Guwahati in the North-Eastern state of Assam, India, it seems COVID-19 has established Webinar being one of the effective ways of conducting last two COSVARDs with a much wider participation. COSVARD 2022 will be organised by the Smart Villages Lab (SVL) of the University of Melbourne with Assam Engineering College, India being our key collaborative institution.
As Smart Villages Poster Competition has become an integral part of COSVARD, “Smart Villages Poster Competition 2022” has also been incorporated in COSVARD 2022. Full details of the conference are available on the following links.
Expression of Interests (EOI) are being accepted for both papers and posters through the Conference Management System (COMS) on or before 15 May 2022. EOI must be submitted with a clear title and abstract after registering the author’s profile on the COMS system.
COMS can be accessed on the following link:
All papers will be subject to double-blind reviews and the accepted papers will be published in an ISBN Proceedings through the University of Melbourne in both eBook and Print format.
