Workshop submissions
Submit your proposal by February 28, 2022. Notifications will be sent as soon as possible. Latest by June 1, 2022.
Please note that we need registration from all the moderators of the workshop. Fees are available at the registration page.
INSTRUCTIONS
- Abstract submission / workshop proposal can be done via the website only
- Maximum length of submission is 550 words
- Please choose the most suitable theme for your submission (see bottom of this page for the list!)
- Please choose the submission category Scientific/Industry/Workshop
- Please list all the authors involved
ABSTRACT SUBMISSION HAS NOW CLOSED AND NOTIFICATION EMAILS HAVE BEEN SENT TO CORRESPONDING AUTHORS.
Scientific submissions
Scientific category submissions will be double blind reviewed and accepted papers will be published by IOP Conference series. If you are looking to get your paper published/indexed please submit your work to Scientific category even if it is industry related.
If your abstract gets accepted we will then request a full paper (template will be provided with notification). Please note that the final acceptance will be made based on the full paper. Final notifications will be sent by June 1, 2022.
Both abstract and full paper will be blind reviewed (double blind review)
Accepted papers will be INDEXED and published via IOP Conference Series: Earth and Environmental Science.
Papers will be also published in the conference online program.
Registration from the presenting author is required. Fees are available at the registration page.
Industry submissions
To support collaboration between academia and industry we have also created industry category for submissions. With this category the submissions do not have to follow the scientific submission criteria.
If your abstract gets accepted we will then request an extended abstract (template will be provided with notification). Please note that the final acceptance will be made based on the extended abstract. Final notifications will be sent by June 1, 2022

Accepted Industry submissions will be published in the conference online program but they will NOT be published in the proceedings/INDEXED.
