18–20 August 2026 | Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom
The Transforming Construction with Offsite Methods and Technologies (TCOT) 2026 Conference will take place on 18–20 August 2026 at Northumbria University, Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom.
The TCOT conference series provides an international forum for advancing research, innovation, and practice in offsite construction (OSC) and Modern Methods of Construction (MMC). It brings together academic, industry, and policy communities to explore how emerging manufacturing approaches, platform-based delivery models, and advanced technologies are shaping the future of the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry through a socio-technical lens.
The conference will be delivered through collaboration between IC3 of Northumbria university and the University of New Brunswick Off-site Construction Research Centre (Canada) and will be supported by CIB W121, the Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE), and Constructing Excellence North East.
