AI in AEC 2025 – Artificial Intelligence in Architecture, Engineering and Construction

The world’s first artificial intelligence conference series for the built environment will continue again in March 2025. AI in AEC 2025 will be held on March 19-20, 2025 as a hybrid implementation in Helsinki!
The conference brings together artificial intelligence experts and those interested in artificial intelligence in the built environment. In 2024 the event gathered around 250 participants from 39 countries and received excellent feedback on its content. The average feedback has been over 4 in each year of the event, when a scale of 1-5 steps has been used as a measure.
The AI in AEC 2025 conference programme will be built through an open call for speakers. It is possible to submit presentation proposals until October 1, 2024, and the Programme Committee will choose the best ones for the programme. An exhibition aimed at partner companies will be organized in connection with the conference. It is possible for companies to gain visibility in the event by joining as a partner.
In previous years, the event has gathered a wide range of people interested in the AI from company management to experts and from university professors to researchers. In the future event as well, the goal is to cover the entire audience and highlight the current situation and the future outlook for the application of artificial intelligence in the built environment.
Call for presentations is open until October 1
As with the previous editions of #AIAEC conference series, the programme is based on the presentation proposals received from our global community. We accept only onsite presentations. The speakers whose presentation gets accepted should travel to Helsinki, Finland for the presentation.
The conference will be organized in hybrid format.
Important dates
- Submit your presentation proposal by October 1, 2024
- Notifications will be sent to corresponding authors in beginning of December, 2024
- Final programme will be available in December 2024
- Deadline for speakers to purchase speaker ticket is December 2024
