CIB Administrative Committee

The Administrative Committee assists the Board with regard to general, administrative and financial matters and with other tasks which the Board may include in its terms of reference.

Included in the tasks of the Administrative Committee are:
    • to advise the Board on matters concerning the annual budgets of Income and Expenditure and the annual auditor's reports and other financial documents
    • to advise the Board on the optimal investment policy to be followed
    • to review the marketing and promotion activities of CIB
    • to make recommendations to the Board on applications for and terminations of CIB Membership
The Administrative Committee comprises not more than eight members, including the CIB President, the CIB Treasurer, and at least three other Board Members. The Treasurer is the Chair of the Administrative Committee.
